Magic Mushroom Hour with Omega Back to Progressive Sounds of the 70’s Episode 2095
Time to get back to the Progressive Sound of the 70’s ! Starting the evening with the Who (Going Mobile), then I pieced together some Emerson, Lake, and Palmer as a lead-up to Lake’s masterpiece “In the Beginning “, on to one of several cuts from Yes tonight. An acoustic piece of Ian Anderson and Tull before moving on to a long cut from Uriah Heap followed by Zappa ( Camarillo Brillo ) then on to most of Winwood’s and Traffic's ( As the Eagle Flies). ZZ Top's “Cheap Sun Glasses”, Procol Harum’s “Conquistador” followed by Porcupine Tree and Manfred Mann’s “Father Day/Father Night”, and finishing the evening with the Moody Blues. A Classic Night on the Magic Mushroom Hour!
Two hours of remastered music by the legends still trying to find the sweet spot every night with the equalizers. I love it, I hope you do too.
